Would you people support the creation a truly "serious" /int/?

One where news, geopolitics, cultures and languages can be discussed without the usual "dankness" of 8ch's /int/.

I don't have anything against them really, but on the other hand i want a place where more serious discussion can be had without the thread being accussed of being "kc-tier" by everyone.

So would you support it? could we be friends if i end up making the board? i've never made one so if you guys could help me a bit that would be great.

A lot of arguments from boards is that there's too much poppycockposting to sift through to get to the board's actual theme. I'd definitely be up for a more serious /int/, and I think that that in part is what 8lounge is about. It's about coming together with other Mr(s). Anonymous posters from around the world to discuss relevant and interesting topics.

I do get that, it's just that at least in my understanding, /8lounge/ it's a serious /b/, no flags, no country banter, and threads are more "random", on the other hand /intlounge/ (url could be changed, but i would be interested in a partnership with /8lounge/) would be more focused on international issues, i think there's enough space fore the two of them.

I hope you have visited >>>/his/ , that's the kind of thing i'm thinking about.
