I think the easiest solution to the clover/infinity problem is simply to let the player choose.
At one point in the project we mentioned making unlockables, including different skins/clothes for characters. I'd say from the very beginning of the game, we could let the player choose either the clover or the infinite symbol.
Personally, I'm very bitter against halchan, but I still understand its history and our past together… and honestly, I still see Vivian with the clover. It's her original design and it meant something very important. I don't mind the infinity (I even love it honestly, looks great), but I'd still rather remember where we come from instead of intensely pretending we never were part of it.

Why do we have to go out of our way to give attention to the SJWs? If we do a good job they will be mad anyway because Vivian is part of the cast. Also, a University setting? I think it'll be more interesting if the university is a secondary setting, and the primary one is where you and Vivian indulge in a fantasy vidya world and beat up monsters/shoot people.
