That's not a bad idea, actually. I never considered a time limit, and after a board is created, it should also have to wait a week to create tags to prevent someone from just making a bunch of boards and doing so. If you sorted the top related boards by activity it wouldn't be so bad, and it wouldn't be like a deluge you couldn't control...

This could be a good replacement for the top 25. Thanks for the idea.
