I have no problem dumping the tags database if you want to make a community effort out of it.

There are 7 global volunteers, some of whom aren't active. 8chan is quite understaffed, and they all do it for free. I can't in good conscience add "tag moderation" to their duties, unless I add manpower, but then that causes drama as new volunteers always fuck up at least twice before I either demote them or they learn the ropes. Since the global report queue is almost always at 0, I don't see the need to add more for other reasons either.
