Unfortunately for him, I don't work with Australian cops as I have no ties to the country. I told him that the Board Owner deleted the Adelaide thread and deletions on 8chan are permanent. I advised him exactly:

8chan complied with 0 DMCA requests during the period between June 18 2015 to July 22 2015. We received numerous other deletion requests but because of either incompleteness, incorrect filing or lack of sworn statement they were ignored. I received a number of deletion requests from "Nudestuck" artists, which is supposedly where women dress up (or dress down as it were) as "Homestuck" characters. They demanded deletion of their photos that they posted publicly on Tumblr, but not in the proper way. I received 10 such requests and ignored them all.

I received one request from Dominic Marcotte / Aedollon, but he did not even mention the thread he wanted deleted and immediately threatened DDoS and calling the internet police. By the time he actually showed me what he was mad about, some /hentaikey4/ thread, it was already deleted due to the autoprune.

8chan received no takedown requests from NCMEC during the period between June 18 2015 and July 22 2015.

8chan's warrant canary has not expired and is being monitored by the EFF at https://canarywatch.org/8chan/. This page was previously https://canarywatch.org/z8chan/ , I assume to put it on the bottom of their list in their CMS. I emailed the EFF about this move without warning users or redirecting and the fact that it incorrectly lists our domain as "8chan.net", a message which unfortunately received no reply.
