I think the big problems with Owari are that Sodachi had no charm points and Riddle/Lost had a very similar format (Araragi and Ougi talk about shit) as Ougi Formula, which was a more enjoyable story that had the same theme and relevance to Araragi's development. Formula explained how he came to be the person he was at the start of Kizu because of his reaction to people turning away from the truth, but the Sodachi arc's theme was that he could have just turned away from it all with the only consequence being to feel a bit guilty. At the same time, there's never been a question of whether or not he is the type of person to turn away since he started the series by helping someone in a similar situation (or chronologically, by being willing to give his life to save a vampire). There was never any dramatic question, just waiting for the conclusion. Then Shinobu Mail even touches on the same theme with the relationship between Kiss-shot and the first minion.
TL;DR: Everything about Sodachi was redundant in terms of themes and character development. Even all of the banter with Ougi didn't really flesh out her/him/it any more than in other arcs.

It helps reference to a certain point, especially when Tsuki doesn't have much going on. I usually refer to Hana and Nekoblack as a whole, as there's a consistent theme, which is missing from Tsuki or hamfisted in. I watch them in one sitting myself, just if you need to point to specific a point, it helps to preface with the episode number. Sorry, Mr. Autism.

This anime is just wish fulfillment from the author, I don't get how anyone can take the shit they spout seriously. The dialogue is only tolerable for the cute girls, if it didn't have that the anime would be fucking shit. Of course at the very least it's not predictable most of the time. That's a plus, I guess.

The problem with Tsuki is the pacing and the lack of focus. Despite being called "Yotsugi Doll," it mostly centers on Araragi's conflict and leads to a completely anti-climatic ending. Conversations that don't matter take up far more time than they should--it's a staple of the series, but these episodes take it an extreme.
Overall, while it's not a bad arc by standard anime episodes, it's not a good Bakemonogatari arc, especially when arcs such as Hitagi Crab, Tsubasa Tiger, and Shinobu Mail raised the bar so high. Yotsugi deserves a better arc.

The conversations with the Fire Sisters at the start of the arc set up the themes of time and change which become central to the rest of the series. Yotsugi itself is the counter-image of Araragi. It's a timeless inhuman, which is what he has been becoming without fully realizing, or at least truly acknowledging. That's why the arc ends with it denying his wishes and proving that the path ahead of him is to become a doll. It's also a good pick for the arc for the way that its relationship with the violent bitch comments on his relationship to Shinobu. The arc is paced slowly because the message it delivers isn't a conclusion, but a question.
All of the things you criticize it for are intentional because they stem from Araragi's condition and mindset.
