>Magical asspull

>Enemy object crippled

>Attack and win

?

 No.414946

Anyways, until which volume they will adapt?

I would do things to that exposed thigh and A cups. Kamachi and his illustrator always do a good job of designing characters with delicious features

I guess I should have seen that coming, seeing as how the only way that annoying fucking idol cunt could get any more annoying is if she was a loli.

This has been moderately enjoyable so far. It doesn't seem anywhere near as good as people used to hype it up to be prior to the anime though.

The two main characters aren't insufferable betas either, which helps a lot.

 No.417286

>>414924

Anyone has links to the LN?

Because I get a felling they're cutting like madmen and it's still enjoyable.

I'm fairly sure the ass pull they manage each time would be less sore once diluted and probably better explained.

The two protagonist give off a nice infantry vibe...

Perform great at a shitty mission = get given all the shitty missions.

It's in the top ten rules, outperforming expectations of high ranking officers is the fastest way to the graveyard.

I actually liked the part where you will regret every waking moment if you watch the second season. The show doesn't need to have a completion to Chaika's quest. instead of watching season two watch oregairu, it is far more satisfying:^)

SERVE THEM RIGHT

THEY TRUSTED A DARK-SKINNED ASIAN

 No.419400

I like this show a whole lot, probably my favorite of the last two seasons. It's just the right mix of serious and lighthearted and I like how the objects aren't just power creeping mobile suits, they all have specialized designs.

 No.423048

>>419088

They're either sluts or traitors, can't trust em at all.

 No.423070

I want to hear how the French speaking Legitimate Kingdom ended up with control of Alaska. Are they an evolution of French-speaking Canadians?

 No.423341

Well I just hope next episode goes well and the Traitor dies as he is killed in the LN, I hope they doesn't deviate from that

 No.423349

>>423070

From what we have seen Kamachi seems to have rewritten the world so its unrecognizable from how we know it today. It has been said a couple times that nations are defined by objects so i guess any bunch of idiots with an object can make a country and no one will complain. This is how you get things like a nation with war as an ideology. Alaska and kamchatka are pretty desolate so if you offered russia and america, embroiled in an expensive world war and civil war of objects, a big wad of cash for their uninhabited land they might take you up on it.

 No.423353

>>423349

I guess that's an explanation, but it's still strange to me to have a French speaking Alaska full of people with Italian names.

 No.423397

>>419400

But how is the storytelling? That's the most important part.

 No.423402

>>423397

No better or worse than I expect of the average anime, maybe a bit heavy on bond villain style plan dumps but I'd put it above basically all of the recent pseudo-Gundam series like Valvrave or Cross Ange.

 No.423447

>>423397

After a few hundred too many too humanoid too agile mecha it really isn't the most important part anymore. Nonetheless, the storytelling works well enough, the characters have the chemistry needed to make you care and maybe, just maybe, something like an overarching plot comes in future seasons for I can't see a chance for that to start in the few episodes left in this one.

If you want story, look elsewhere. If you want fun characters and mecha with a tanky feel instead of the usual battle ballerina bullshit, this is your show.

Impaled by Diamonds Traveling at Sound Speed seems to be a Hardcore way to go.

well the group suffered really hard, The only survivors of the new ones where that Miong ly Lady, the Black guy, the silent and the blonde girl all died.

 No.427759

>>427711

>Impaled by Diamonds Traveling at Sound Speed seems to be a Hardcore way to go.

This part was the fiction in the science.

Diamonds are indeed very hard, therefore they can scratch most other materials. However diamonds are notoriously brittle. The way Kamachi used them here is not something you could actually do with a thick wall of steel. The diamonds would literally shatter before they could penetrate very far into the steel.

The result Kamachi showed is still possible for a very thin layer of steel. Once the steel is thin enough though, the bullets from their guns would have no problems penetrating the armor and make such a round-a-bout method pointless.

 No.427767

>>427759

Diamond is also an incredibly light material being 3.5(10 to the 3 kg/m to the three 3) while steel is 7.82(10 to the 3 kg/m to the three 3)

Soft lead would have made a far better perpetrator than a diamond because it would have had 3 times the energy for the same amount of speed.

 No.427832

>>427767

That possibly might explain that door like stuff Quentur used, it was possibly Lead or some other material that could be shattered by diamonds and travel fast due to the explosion

 No.427877

>>427711

I was hoping they were going to form a dedicated anti-object infantry team with the new guys but I get the feeling even Miong Ly won't be coming back for the next arc.

>>427832

This was just a piece of metal lying around that Quenthur used to get the traitor's attention by making a loud sound. At those dimensions lead and steel would far too heavy to move.

I doubt this part was illustrated in the LN so its quite shaky to base anything on but the "shield" Quenthur hid behind is very thin compared to the "door". Presumably the explosion would send diamonds flying in all directions putting Quenthur in danger. If that "shield" is made of the same stuff as the powered suit, Quenthur must have some really good plot armor, which is typical of Kamachi's stories.

This is all a pointless discussion but I love it anyways

How the hell does Kamachi work. How does he still keep writing all those series and still write entire novels worth of other things which aren't even published.

Seriously though, he basically publishes one novel a month.

He switches between writing three series at the same time.

He is said to draft basically all storylines for adaptation original material.

Which include 120 episodes worth of anime and at least 8 different manga series.

When asked to draft a storyline for the Index movie, he wrote them basically another novel.

He also wrote the scenario for several games.

And the content of his novels suggests he actually spends significant time on research.

And then he still manages to write extra novels, rejected manuscripts and he states he's several novels ahead on pretty much all series he's currently writing.

What the actual fuck. How can one man write so much. This is insanity.

I wonder if he keeps writing under a pseudonym just so nobody will annoy him and he can focus purely on writing things.

He literally takes breaks from writing by writing something else. He just finished Heavy object 10 and now he is a 10 pages away to end the Heavy object 11

Someone posted his writing process as well

He truly earned the title Kamachi.exe by 2ch

Wait this is written by the same guy who does Index? I wouldn't have ever guessed, they feel totally different.

I really like the way the series has been going, branching out into the greater politics of the world, but I kinda don't like how much Havia gets sidelined for Qwenthur. Earlier it felt like they were both protagonists but then they kept tossing more and more women into Qwen's harem while Havia keeps playing less and less of a part in each plan to the point where they almost might as well write him out entirely and just give Qwen a gun because that's the only purpose he's filling anymore. Isn't he supposed to be a radar analyst? How come he never analyzes any radar stuff or something?

 No.441862
