Then you have the guys that have an army on an excel sheet somewhere (Romania, Sweden, Belgium, etc, etc,...).
Poland is somewhere between the last two. They get points for efforts because they are trying to fix shit at least, most of the new NATO members just have a list of soviet gear that may or may not be there with soldiers that may or may not exist.
You add that France and UK are shrinking at fast pace (for example today France somehow has more ships that UK... shit hasn't happened in, well, never... And France kept slashing orders of ships by 25% to 50% those last 20 years).
And soon there will be only the US and South Korea left with actual functioning armies.
