I liked the American. He's great.

It's a shame that the rest of the show took a massive turn for the worse a while back. Everything past episode 3 has been completely retarded. It's beyond obvious that the writers have no idea where the fuck they wanted to take the show.

First it was some sort of mystery with Bubuki, the island, and a fucked up world under Reoko's authoritarian control. Then it was suddenly 1v1 fights with century-long inherited Bubuki, in a battle-royal king of the hill kind of thing. Now it's Bubuki teamfights, complete with Power Rangers style megazord Bubuki combinations with no end-game objective on a magic train.

It's fucking dumb as HELL. At least it picks up whenever Reoko shows up. Her fight against the Bubuki was the highlight of the show so far. I just fear that even Reoko can't make the show good any longer.

This show reminds me of KLK a lot, actually. With the shitty animation, fun characters, bad guys not being the actual bad guys, and just being great, dumb fun.

I really fucking hate the MC, though. He's legitimately one of the worst characters I've ever seen in anime.

Though Azuma got just a miniscule more tolerable thanks to the influence of the manly American, he's still an annoying faggot. One manly fist fight of passion doesn't make up for the previous 8 episodes of an offensively non-offensive attitude.

I hope to HELL that Reoko and Entei are showing up to bring Azuma's power of friendship faggotry crashing right back into the ground, right when they think they're hot shit with a powered-up Oubu. It'd be just super if she's coming to steal all their limbs, and inadvertently crushes their spirits.

Fuck yeah, Reoko. Go for it.
