Another rushed mega evolution sequence sigh

Tamers is still the only good animated digimon product.

I thought it was good. Better than the first batch.

The first movie i was okay with the slow pace, its been years since we seen this guys so its ok to spend time to get up to date.

In the second one? fuck no, and nothing happens. Joe's resolve is stupid besides the whole "I dont want gomamon to be hurt" and Mimi doesnt evolve at all.

One last thing, in the poster for the third movie why want Patamon evolving into Seraphimon?

I kind of get where they are going with this but it just feels so padded where nothing really all that important happens until the very end. Digimon are terrorist or natural disasters. Yeah, yeah, but what is the overall plot other than Digimon 9/11. I feel, just like with the first Tri batch of four episodes, it can be better condensed into two episodes and it would feel better paced and remove a lot of the nonsense inbetween.

I'm not alone in this that their just seems to be a lack of ambience. Background music seems so budgeted and there is just not a lot of sound to give the environment life.

This series is really hurting from the movie format. It's confused between wanting to be episodic, and forcibly trying to stay within the confines of a movie. It needs to stick to one or the other. Episodic would be better, since it would slow everything down and give it the appropriate gravity it needs.

Nobody gives a shit about Joe or Mimi's troubles when you've got approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to work with. They especially don't give a fuck when it continues on to the next "movie" like Taichi's reluctance and heel dragging.

However, if this were weekly and a bit more episodic, everything would be okay. You wouldn't be bombarded with it all at once, then left to stew on it for months at a time. Everyone's issues could be given suitable importance, and wrapped up at the makers convenience. It'd be all good.

The only thing I am fine with coming back from 02. Was hyped as fuck when I saw him in the first minute or so. They slowly teased him out the entire time, and then didn't do a single god damn thing with him. I mad.

They better bring him back in all his glory. No more of this digital hologram fuckery.

I mean, the pacing is horrible, I don't mind SoL Digimon as long as there is some plot, but it literally kicked in during the last segment of the last episode.

Also, Leomon died again, I never watched anything past Frontier and I don't remember if Leomon appears and dies there, but is there any season or movie where Leomon stays alive?

Jou was studying for a prestigious high school, but he did have a few episodes where he got to show off to the new cast.

Rewatch the first "movie" if you want the answer to the 02 kids. They are all dead, or something. They were shown for less than 20 seconds of screentime just to acknowledge that 02 was sort of a thing, but that you shouldn't expect those fags to show up.

They do. They all instantly recognized the Kaiser, so clearly they know about the other fags.

What's strange is that they didn't remark upon Ken's appearance. Since Imperaldramon was there, it had to have been pretty late into the game before they all mysteriously died. They would all definitely know Ken, and his past actions.

So why didn't they say anything about it? especially Hikari and Takeru. They always specifically referred to him by his full name, with not even a single remark given as to his outfit. You'd think that they would be quick to announce that shit if he suddenly showed up in the Kaiser outfit, with an out of control 'evil' digimon, and started attacking people/others.

If he got assblasted with the rest of the 02 cast as normal Ken, then you can only assume it happened after the Kaiser arc in 02. In which case, everyone on the 01 cast would know about his stint as the Kaiser since they were related to the incident in various ways. They'd recognize the outfit instantly and know who it is.

Kaiser is probably real Ken who was infected by the virus or darkness or something, Daisuke and their digimon prolly as well and that's how Imperialdramon now is a rampant monster.

Also govt agent whatshername fucking SMILED when Meiccomon shredded Leomon to bits. That bitch is fucking evil, hell, I'd buy that she is the mastermind behind all this bullshit. She probably had the Kaiser infect Meiccomon so she would go postal just so she could scapegoat that kitty.
