What did you do when you couldn't afford (or hide) diapers but wanted to wear them?

Once I tried to sew my own diaper, but I can't sew at all.

So I Used to stuff clothes in my underpants and cut out holes in a shopping-bag.

Never peed in it, because I was always afraid it couldn't be cleaned.

What about you?

Ever try to sew your own diaper?

i would wear every single pair of boxers i owned at once, or fold a thick blanket into a diaper shape and wear it with safety pins.

both options sucked. i'm incredibly happy that i don't have to resort to such things anymore, although i haven't had the privacy to wear in 4 months.

folded blankets into diaper-shapes and put sometimes baby-diapers I've acquired "somehow".

and folded a receiving blanket and put it inside.

Taking 2 or 3 t-shirts. Fold them into rectangles. Put them in the center of a pillow case. Fold the pillocase over them. And put it in my underwear

Towels folded up thick, then stuffed in my underwear. I would be able to use them a bit but had to wash them before anyone came home.
