It looks like 8chan may be in its final days and the development team is moving to Infinity Next exclusively.

I jumped ahead and made the /abdl/ board there, so if shit hits the fan, another place is ready.

There are no assets yet and, sometimes, I get an error when trying to manage the board.

Anyway, keep using this board for now. The other one is not ready and I'm not in hurry to set it up. Let's hope everything ends up well.

As a side note, we're receiving a huge amount of SPAM lately, around three threads per day, so I would like to thank those who help by reporting them.

It was either a glitch or a global mod playing around. No ban is appearing under the /abdl/ board.

That's why I said I have no hurry to set that board up. It's a mess!

Again that is just a safety measure in case 8chan goes to limbo.

This is the first ABDL forum in a while I've actually liked but it's slower than most other places. I hope that if we make another transition, enough of the community comes with it that it's not completely dead.

The developers also want to deploy it on December, independently of InfinityNext's state.

InfinityNext will be a subdomain of 8chan, like "next.8ch.net", if they wanted to simply keep 8chan's stuff in place, they'd have to discard a lot of data on infinitydev.org, since a merge is not possible, many boards already have used names and their owners may not be the same. The risk of loosing something in this transition is low, but I think it's safe to keep holding the /abdl/ URI on Infinitydev, just in case.
