It's true that women tend to be rated more attractive by society, so yes, they would have an easier time on average. That doesn't mean every woman has an easier time than every man though, some would even have a harder time.

Short answer is yes. Longer answer is sort of what >>14563 said. Although I do think in general being open about ABDL is easier for women than men, it's definitely not easy for all women. There has been stuff online about women coming out about ABDL or being outed by a partner and having it blow up in their faces pretty badly.

Society over protects women, yes, but not only that, it patronizes them by showing in many medias, especially movies, how women are super skilled in many areas without any training or effort simply because they have a vagina. Just try to remember how often you see men going through some montage and hard work to archive something, now think how many times you saw the same kind of thing but with a woman, this new Star Wars is an example of that, Luke Skywalker had to train for 3 movies to learn how to use the force, meanwhile Rey just magically become expert on it, because… uterus!

This make them think they are powerful beings, but when reality open their eyes, they realize how fucked they are and they blame everyone else, for how society is misogynistic because they fucked themselves up.

All this over protection, combined with this delusion of being a woman = magically powerful on everything, leads to masses of matures bodies with child minds, women don't have to pretend to be babies, THEY ARE adult babies.

I've done various macho activities with women and its usually hit or miss. eg paintball speedball; the roughly half and half group, but the females generally took a vary passive fire from a distance, with one not getting hit once during the entire day( not because she was good but because she threw her hands up when she felt like she might be hit). That's not to say that there weren't ineffective males but their traits seemed varied.

Women on the other hand, from my experience generally have a timid nature, a fear of upsetting or doing something wrong. It's not everyone I've encountered, which to me points to a nurtured value I think is instilled by society\parents. Its still a huge problem today and I think can only change when fathers take their sons and daughters fishing hunting whatever, instead of having a gender divide. If I had a daughter I would be insanely involved with the girl scouts, just to make sure she was learning how to navigate nature.
