It has been discussed a lot in other threads that most other boards could not provide what 8chan has simply due to strict copyright, SJW mods trying to create a hugbox and generally mods being too strict beyond removing the obviously illegal.

If these things were to come true the board would not be a replacement for the old one, since places like these exist enough already.

What is you stance on those issues.

I have no intention of leaving unless 8chan dies. The problem is that the current server software is falling apart and the project to replace it seems to keep having more and more problems. This is plan B, so to speak.

I'm not looking to split communities I am cool with bringing it back if people want it back.

As far as the law goes I'm fallowing the law. DMCA is not my main concern, my main concern would be having a hard line against any child pornography because being associated with that can be pretty terrible.

Yeah, the copyright thing is big for me. The policy should be clear and state that a proper DMCA is required for removal of any content. This is really the only place where anyone can safely share premium content without faggot mods deleting it. Even on half chan the mods will delete links as if they have to answer to a higher power.

I remember someone on posting on /b/ complaining about her porn getting shared without her consent and HW basically told her to fuck off. That was great. That is exactly how mods and owners should deal with those people. If they're not going to take the time to actually file a DMCA, they can fuck off.
