So I've recently began teething again due to some wisdom teeth coming in been to the dentist, yadda yadda yah, not majorly painful just irritating, see me if there is a problem etc and was wondering if these actually do help? I've heard stories that some people used them when their wisdom teeth were coming in and they said it helped?

When i had wisdom teeth pain I used to put some bread crust over the tooth and bite down, that helped so I guess if teething rings do the same thing it'll help.

Also try rinsing your mouth with warm salt water.

warm salt water helps canker sores too, in my experience anyways.
