Some games, though, hint them based on context. For instance, Metroid, Samus is inside her Chozo Suit the entire adventure, so, like astronauts, she may be using a diaper, same goes for Master Chief.

Tomb Raider (the original one, on the playstation), most due technical limitation, makes Lara looks like she's wearing a diaper, when I'm playing, I like to think she is caring spare diapers in her backpack.

The recent Mario Kart titles have baby characters, personally, I'm not into toddler stuff, but it is worth mentioning.

The only one I can think of is the Scribblenauts games letting you create diapers and put them on people. They still have the rest of their clothes, though, and the diapers are basically just white ovals.

Given the apparent sophistication of that suit plus the fact that she can wear it for weeks without discomfort, it seems likely that it employs more sophisticated waste disposal systems than a simple diaper. Perhaps some kind of self-cleaning diaper which breaks the waste down and releases it as CO2 and water vapor. She's still definitely using it like a diaper though, probably without even thinking about it. If she wore the suit a lot she might even end up becoming accustomed to peeing as soon as she feels the need to go, and hence would start having accidents when not wearing it.

On the other hand, for all the sophistication of the suit she can still be hurt by sharp thorns, poisonous gas, and overgrown hedgehogs, so it's not the most self-consistent of fictional universes.

You're mistaking gameplay aspects with the universe narrative. If you really take the gameplay as the story being told, then the Space Pirates would be so amazingly dumb, that any Galactic Police grunt would be able to dispose them.

In a sort of a similar vein, the way the female datadyne bodyguards are modeled makes it look like they're sporting diapers underneath. The fact they're wearing white pants helps as well.

While i don't have a screencap, Tony Hawk Underground 2 had an option to have your custom male character wear a diaper. Not sure if the first one had that option.

There is a Sims-type rip-off that was posted on the DailyDiapers forum a few years ago that had an ABDL element to it. The owner of DailyDiapers started that element or something, IIRC.

I tried to find the name, but their forum is down right now.

T.H.U.G. 2 Is actually what sparked my interest in diapers for some reason. I've told this story elsewhere but I got a PSP back in the day and one of the games I got with it was Tony Hawk's Underground 2. Not sure why seeing diapers in that game made me curious about diapers as I'd never really thought one way or the other about them but here we are.

Well there is this MUD that's been mentioned every now and then on numerous forums. It's still has a few very active players, with it roughly averaging anywhere between 5-10 players each day, but it never really goes higher than about 20. Other than the shitty point limit which unlocks IC wetting and messing and player housing, it's pretty good.

You'll need an external client to play, but the IP is abmud.com, and the port is 10185, if anyone wants to check it out.

There's TrapQuest, it's mainly for like sissification and bondage and junk like that but there is a Diaper and Wetting Kink involved and there was a bunch of Adult Baby items just added.

No real pictures of any of it, it's mostly a rogue like but it's pretty neat if you're into that sort of thing.
