Sorry to reinforce the stereotype, but I'm a pedophile.

I find the idea of a 5-12 year old in diapers far hotter than an adult in diapers, but obviously adults and fictional drawings are the only ethical options. I generally prefer drawings over real life porn, because most porn videos have terrible scripting and terrible acting.

I also like to self-insert as the child in some of my fantasies, but unfortunately I can't actually change my age so dressing up is the best I can do.

As to the reasons behind the diaper fetish, I like both the comfort and security of it, and the humiliation and domination aspect.

For me, it's the idea of being coerced, pressured, or flat out forced into diapers and age regression. I'm more of an Adult Kid than adult baby honestly. A Kid with bad bladder issues apparently.
