I have a D&D group I play with. We're actually thinking about stopping D&D for a while and picking up a superhero RPG, maybe Mutants & Masterminds.

They're all normal people despite playing tabletop games.

Would never bring up my fetishes around them.

I once DM'd a single session for some fellow diaper enthusiasts which was pretty much "Get treasure from dungeon, with diapers." All in all, shit party out of ten, would not DM for again.

I'd prefer it to be more than just a normal campaign where everyone's wearing diapers though. Some more complex custom rules are needed.

Have the PCs age-regressed back to primary or secondary school age. Give them stats for continence and maturity, which they have to periodically roll for to avoid embarrassing themselves (wetting themselves, sucking their thumb in class, etc). Add some bullying / psychological warfare rules for combat against other students (or each other). Make them take penalties to their maturity as a result of losing in psychological combat, and penalties to their continence as a result of failing to keep their pants dry. Give them clues which they can follow to find out who regressed them and how to reverse it, eventually leading to them confronting the big bad of the game.

The game could either be themed more as a detective mystery thing with mostly realistic powers, or as a more combat-focused game using magic.

Those are just my ideas though. I'm sure other people have different ideas of what the game should be like.

The rule I used was d100 roll under score, when under 50p you mess, assorted bonuses for fear and similar.

Damage to it from d4 to d8 each time you fail. Rarely regain d3-d8 when you succeed (after taking damage and never above your starting maximum).

The accident chart IS d20, but for a Nat one, you were only supposed to roll a 1d5 for the first 5 results on the chart because on a Nat 1, you have no chance to make it out.

At a time, we were uncertain what to do with that. Tying it to an actual save, such as a Fort DC, was undesirable for some players who wanted all the messing all the time, but still wanted their vital cloak of resistance.

I believe any time it's supposed to be a desperation check, it should be a d100, lower than your continence is a success.

Two of them started off diapered and the third is working her way into it due to some accidents. My main issue is trying to find out how to fit it into the adventures and combat and setting without having it stand out and break the flow of the game, really. So far it has been pretty run of the mill, show up in a town, solve the one-off mysterious problem plaguing the people, move on to the next adventure like a saturday morning cartoon, no real macguffin or big bad just yet. is is Pokemon based however, mystery dungeon at that, so it's not a generic humanoid setting.

Nah, it is pretty shit. Caster classes can do anything and everything, and the martial classes are useless at doing anything but fighting; sometimes, not even that.

For the record, Paizo has managed to nerf Gunslingers even more since typing this up. Pistoleros and Musket Master archetypes now no longer have the chance to not misfire, making them infinitely less useful.

I'm currently involved in one of these in 5E, it's a lot of fun. Our party members include:

All in all it's a really neat campaign. It's fun to really bend the D&D mechanics towards fetishy stuff and see how some of the more obscure text applies. For example, prestidigitation and several similar spells all mention that they can clean small messes in a certain radius, which we've interpreted to mean diapers - so everyone with magic can just give each other magical diaper changes at will. The DM is also a complete clown so it's very unserious most of the time, as befitting a fetish campaign IMO. And we've only had one real sex scene! Good times.

Yes and no. GURPS is the only system I really like, but to GM it right you have to do a hell of a lot more prep work than you would with DnD or WoD or something.

Afaik there aren't continence rules but someone on IVchan figured out a rough conversion between GURPS and FATAL's oral/rectal/urethral circumference rules a few threads back. I imagine there's a way to tack bladder/bowel control as a numbered stat onto those numbers.

Many games allow for things like this:

Settlers of catan: every time you roll 7 you have to drink a glass of water, no toilet brekas allowed. lowest scoreing player has to mess his or her diaper

Monopoly: drink a glass of water every time you end up on someone else's property, three times in jail and you have to mess yourself.

There are many more games and even cardgames, chess or checkers can be adapted into kinky versions
