I would first like to dispel your pessimism by introducing you to a politician that isn't slimy or spineless.
His name is Jim Webb. He's running in 2016 as a Democrat.
He's pro worker (anti-illegal immigration, against outsourcing, supports minimum wage increase), isolationist (except in the case of China, which he is cautious toward), supports gun rights, tamper proof IDs for voting, English as the official language. He's a war hero and stands up for the white working class everyone else ignores.

If we want to be effective, we have to come to a consensus on what the most important issues are.
This is politics, so compromises are going to be made. I would let people fuck horses if it meant ending mass immigration.
Which issues do you think are the most important facing the USA?
1. Immigration
2. Gun rights
3. Net neutrality
These are 3 issues that have permanent consequences so they are of IMMEDIATE concern.
1.Demographic shift into a third world country is not acceptable. I think we all agree on that.
2. Guns are necessary not only to defend against cultural enrichment, but as a safeguard against tyranny.
3. Net neutrality is what will allow us to organize on the internet at all.
These are all relatively popular issues in the USA so it wouldn't be hard to get more people on board. Am I wrong?

Conservatives absolutely SUCK at PR. Liberals dominate the narrative. They dominate the education system, the mainstream media, websites, Wikipedia, etc.
Why don't more conservatives try to do these things? Why aren't there more conservative Wikipedia editors? Why aren't there more conservative admins and mods on websites? More conservative journalists?
For whatever reason, conservatives are not heard and have no control over the narrative. Luckily, the alternative right is dynamic and interesting while the left remains stagnant and overrun with infighting. But I think we should be more involved in the mainstream.

We need more though. We need journalists and professors and admins and mods and marketers and authors.
I think the main problem is that you can't "come out" as a conservative or you'll get the Brendan Eich treatment. Most industries are hostile to any sort of "exclusion" so conservative demand for moral behavior is seen as a threat to the company's bottom line.
Anyone who is in any of these positions or aspires to be please report in with your experience.

Our numbers are still small here at fullchan, and we anons in the OP thread for #OpenBordersOpenIsrael decided against going to fullchan or /b/ to expand the project. #OpenBordersOpenIsrael seems to have died down unfortunately. I am thinking when the politics boards here grow in size and seriousness, and attach to a social media campaign like #EndFathersDay or the like this board and mine will come in handy.

Most serious conservatives know that marriage is important for a society.
A stable home brings stable kids with good values who form stable marriages of their own and kids who get married, etc etc.
I'm not an expert on marriage, but I believe saving marriage could do a lot to save our country. Lower single motherhood, lower incentive for slutting it up(if more men are open to marriage, more women will think twice about ruining themselves). It's well known that married people tend to vote more conservative, and married women will have more kids.
The question then is how? How do we make marriage more appealing? We'd have to make divorce more difficult. We'd have to fix the unfair divorce court/child custody system. We could even give straight up monetary incentives for people who get married. Cheaper in the long run than paying for welfare babies from single mother homes.
