I knew a girl like this once that I was hanging out with and she kept refreshing twitter and shit over and over again which led me to think she didn't like me or was bored. I ended up getting drunk with her a few days later and had the balls to ask her why she was ignoring me and it turned out that she was into me but is just really neurotic and checks her phone obsessively because it makes her calm down.
