I have a girlfriend and I am really not sure if she is the one for me.
she is 25, I am 26
I have severe doubts.
is it fair to continue and if not, how do you break up?
I have told her I wasn't sure about this relationship. however she is supernice and does everything "too" right.
I feel sick inside.
I honestly feel she deserves somebody else. I am not as committed to our relationship as she is. I am not ready to settle down but she is.
What is my best approach.
also I feel she is beginning to have doubts as well.

can you say that the relationship makes you happy? yes, stay, no, leave, don't overthink it. If you feel like shes having doubts ask her about it.

This is a heavy decision, and there's a lot of potential for bad outcomes. You could be throwing away something wonderful if you leave, or you could be staying in a relationship just for the sake of being in one if you stay but do not love her.
It seems very much that she is a sweet person who likes you, but if you are not ready for a relationship or think you have doubts, more time IN a relationship won't do too much for you. Do not tie yourself (or her) down while you are figuring your shit out.
