I feel much more at ease expressing myself in English than I do in my native tongue. I talk a lot about my life in English, but I couldn't do the same in my native tongue, even online. I get awkward. I feel like my native language just plain sucks too.

As I still live in this country, how do I fix this? I have to use my language for IRL stuff, but I usually get so embarassed that I avoid using it at all costs, even on the internet. It really feels like I'm talking in Ebonics.

Heh, I feel you brother.

English is just sooooo much better than my native tongue. My head voice is in English, I dream in English, I speak to myself in English, and I forced couple of my friends to speak in English-only. And of course, 95% of what I see/read/hear is in English.

As a logical consequence, communication with outsiders (of my group) suffers, as I am unable to express my thoughts in my native tongue. A bit odd, but I don't give a fuck, I don't want to continue living here any longer.

As an advice, turn them to English, or simplify the topic.
