Take vitamin D supplements, get a group of friends online/through an mmo, and practice through vent or something. Vitamin D is missing from a lot of NEETs lives if they never go out - it's a chemical that affects how well your brain recieves dopamene, and it can both make happier, and less of a beta. Also get more sun, you cannot OD on vitamin D, and that's the main way you get it. On the Social bit, it might be a good idea to check out your FLGS, and see if they have anything interesting going on like Friday Night Magic, or Thursday afternood DnD.
