Specifically porn games get their life from the modding scene, where users have freedom to inject their fetishes.

They only way you can topple the current flavor of the month Illusion game is if you make modding far easier.

I don't mean to discourage you but there is already a game that has all the features mentioned in this thread.

It's called Second Life, and in it you will find dozens of communities that will fufill pretty much any fetish a human could have. Theres all kinds of degenerate shit going on in SL like rape, impregnation, furries and things I don't even want to mention. It's all community made as well, with custom graphics, animations , scripts etc.

there are still things that can be improved upon so you could try competing with them. It will be a massive undertaking though.

I also think the major difference is the imersion. Second life does have Oculus Rift support, but the major thing is it doesn't have the aspect that involves finding someone or multiple people to have sex with, such as the request aspect and the list I am adding that allows you to have sex with the person that has the same preferences.

It also takes into account how fast you want sex. You can control how fast you are doing it. There is also the ability to kiss while having sex, which is programmable into Second Life, but then again the difference is how Second Life handles the immersion.

actually it kind of does.. there are tons of groups to join with profiles and I've seen at least one in game match making system, but then again its not really hard to find people to have sex with. There are orgies happening all the time.

I think the hurdle is the actual fucking part of it. Its not really that great tbh, it makes you wonder why you aren't doing the real thing and it can be awkward sometimes. Also you must also realize there is a very low chance a female would play this sort of game, you will always be doing it with a male pretending to be a girl.

it might still be worthwhile, you could add physics and let the player move his arms and legs etc then it would be real virtual sex and not just watching 3d models going at it. It wouldn't hurt to visit SL to get some ideas.

Don't want to kill your project or anything, but using diffuse skin textures from like 2005 and low poly models will make this irrelevant like most other 3D pron games, because these games should actually appeal with visuals, which they don't, even though it is one of the most important factors in that genre. If you want to really make some new shit, you better use some PBR skin shading, or write your own based on some Siggraph papers to create realistic skin shaders.
