Hello!
Good luck with your project!
I'm a developer(yes, this includes being a programmer) and I've been in too many teams and failed games to trust again.
How can we know you're a serious and capable leader if instead of showing us a bit of your project or portfolio you post a pic of Kim Il Sung?
I love being involved in collaborations, but you have to understand there's no "Program a game" button that we press and magically do things.
We have to put it long hours and very hard work to turn the pre-development's ideas into reality.
So, 1. What is your project?
2. What aspects of this project do you need assistance with?
3. You mention 'terms negotiable', but if you cannot pay in money then you have to specify this very clearly from the beginning.
4. Show us what you have right now, what will we work with? The ideas in your head or are you an actual developer?
5. Why should we work for/with you?
Thank you and I hope these simple 5 questions will help you decide in the future if your game is at a point where you can ask for help, or if you need to design further before posting.
