Judging by cout and endl, it's probably supposed to be C++.

cout is basically a standard output stream (e.g. print equivalent in other languages), endl inserts a new line and flushes the stream.

The code itself is semantically incorrect though. Funny thing, when this code showed up on reddit's badcode, brianna wu showed up claiming that criticizing his/her code is sexism and bullying.

Brianna Wu is literally my biggest inspiration. If that hack fraud piece of shit can release a game using UE4, there's no fucking reason I can't.

Start learning C. Then as you master pointer arithmetic without causing segfaults, you can go on try other languages.
