It looks like some very basic introductory course on presenting your game to the press and the public.
Only parts I managed to retain from those 3 hours were using Twitter to follow people and then immediately unfollowing them if they don't follow you back using some online tools, not using Facebook to advertise your games, and the omnipotent rule of thirds / the golden ratio which pretty much anyone creating art here needs to be already familiar with.
There's nothing really ground-breaking or "dirty" like OP is exaggerating. Watch it if you have an interest in PR. Otherwise just pass.
