If you really don't know what shitposting is then I'd suggest you lurk /mai/ and other akari boards more to gain a general idea of what is and is not acceptable. A good rule of thumb is that if you'd get kicked in the dick/vag for doing it to another person in real life then its shitposting. Spamming isn't up for debate. On the topic of harassment, don't continually bully other posters if you don't know them personally and can say with certainty that they aren't bothered by it. Banter and cheeky behavior is welcomed and encouraged when both parties are consenting.
Recommendation threads go either on >>>/rec/ (which I recommend especially since its got more resources from true anime pros) or in a specific general recommendation thread here on the board. Please check the catalog for another rec thread before making one, please. I don't mean to be an elitist dick when I say that but continual recommendation threads and giving the exact same answers over and over again can get very tedious and annoying in my experience.
The board is only for posters 18 and older. With that said, you must spoiler pictures that portray genitalia or deathly violence/torture.
No 3D porn of any kind, even if its a trap. Safe for work pictures of 3D are acceptable if they pertain to Japanese culture (cosplay, shrine maidens, Segeta Sanshiro, etc.)
