Walgreens A thru Z would be the only one I take. I take a lot of other medications for conditions I have and I tread carefully on introducing more things into the mix.

I remember hearing about nootropics in the early nineties, and around that time you would see "smart drinks" at raves as well, which I tried once. I went looking for them at a health food store a few years later and the woman there didn't know what I was talking about, but asked me about what foods I was eating (college dormitory cafeteria food) and cringed at it, while suggesting that stagnant food it my intestines might be fermenting and sending toxins into my bloodstream. I gave up looking for them after that.
