okay so there's these fucking golden fish that can fly and they can fly into a person and give that person a random superpower of the flying fish's choice and there is also a flying penguin that can fly and eat the flying goldfish and there's a superhuman mafia trying to illegally sell these flying goldfish to people who want superpowers also. also, the ghostbusters show up.

I finished it. There was a panda of some sort, a couple times when the animation crapped out and almost everyone had this goofy lower lip thing going on. Also almost everyone is a super martial arts expert on top of having super powers.

And it's a manga you dweeb >>20865 I looked it up.

All in all, I didn't really mind watching it, but it's still a gay little xmen rip-off.
