You clearly used the board without understanding a thing about the ideology present. And this is the problem with the mixing of board cultures and why I was against inviting /am/ from the start, as similar as the two boards might seem in regards to moderation, spam changes everything. /int*/ was always a group that preferred absolute chaos and freedom of posting, even at the cost of losing people. We left /int/ and made a board because the owner didn't let us spam. That was the sole reason.

That's not to say there is anything wrong with the /am/ model. It's worked fine for a slow board that wants to funpost but also can't handle endless waves of spam from butthurt autists. But there isn't going to be a compromise between these two groups. /am/ needs to stay here, or else make a new website /am/-owned and ran.

The problem is that these guys wanted the whole site to be run the same way and wouldn't have it any other way. We were left with no other choice but to leave.

After buispam began I was one of the only people who could still be considered a regular at least for the first weeks, I thought we'd all hang out in bunkers and have fun like we did back on /intl/, and we tried but we were like 4 people. Everyone else ran away because they couldn't handle the free speech, and now that I think about it, whenever /intl/ was spammed for days at a time, almost everyone was gone until it was over except for a few of us.

And now they have the face to defend free speech as if they could deal with the real thing.

/intl/ and /ints/ were meant to deal with spam, we knew what we were getting into when we browsed those boards, and we liked it. Well, we supposedly knew what we were getting into, except most people didn't when they realized buispam was too much.

Anyways, that doesn't make spamming other boards ok, and I don't think /intl/ even did that, we only took the blame for it as a dank meme.
