I just remembered, you can advertise on /co/ in anime threads. The mods allow links to other boards if they're meant to direct a thread to an appropriate board where it's better suited, such as with their off topic anime threads, or the occasional general that gets its own active board.

Buddy I've been browsing /co/ for the past year and the most that ever happens is one or two people going into the thread saying >>>/a/. Besides the meta shit going on in the dragonball thread they don't give a fuck about digimon and other shit /co/ wanks to. Most dragonball threads that pop up are civilized besides the current one.
