Holy shit the legitimate thread creation rate is off the charts. I am seeing a lot more discussion though.

I noticed that too. As well as the higher usercount (went back to 600s but getting closer to 700)

A lot of them are borderline shitposting, but I have general agreed with the deletions of the mods in the last 48 hours. Good threads stayed up while obviously shitpost threads were deleted quickly. They're doing a good job of balancing being offhand without allowing shitposting.

I have a suggestion, can we contact /am/ and ask them if they want to become our 2D/Random? Perhaps conduct a poll on their board and all that? I made a thread a couple weeks ago and they seemed fairly in favor of that, they agreed with my evaluation that is a combination of random plus anime, however their board is right now basically dead. They said that the reputation of "angry at /a/, hating our mods" is false I do not know how much of that is revisionism but it is quite plausible that the outright shitposters left and everyone there now is the people who want a more casual board with optional shitposting, /a/ has been doing better than ever and in my opinion there can be no downsides to having a mutually beneficial relationship between the weeb boards of this site. If we look at the most popular boards here it is gamergate, furry, cow, etc. cancer shit I think there are no downsides to reaching out to /am/. My only concern is it will seem condescending if we ask them to basically become a 2nd /b/ which is why more further discussion is needed. /rant

>"angry at /a/, hating our mods" is false
I find that hard to believe.

The one problam I see with /am/ is that it's an /int/ colony by now. /int/ really, really hates /a/ and especially the maids.

/am/ has been in the announcements. Heck they were there on week one.

We can't really do much else to help, unless you're suggesting the meidos keep /am/ on during every week rotation of the announcement for alternate boards.

This has been a pleasant week at /a/.

How about /am/ just dies?

I should apologize for hijacking OP's thread. I was drunk.
