Did any change get implemented as a result of the list meta stick you had in /a/?

There were some good ideas like trimming down the thread count, but I don't think any of them got implemented.

Are they planned for the future, or decided against?

Yeah, page count was trimmed from 15 to 10, and it was agreed /a/ would have a meta thread on the board itself once a month or so.
