Can't remember the exact words, but for the most part, it was that she got in based on who her father was, how pretty she is and a bunch of promises of fun for teenagers, while not really thinking of the refugee problem they've got and the terrorists from some middle eastern nations who are attacking them. They gave her the position, while the guy with the actual plan for the country was completely ignored.
