Great concept for a thread. Time to make my own personal blog.
My opinion on /a/ rules
>Rule 1
Doesn't need to be explicitly stated, but obviously this is true.
>Rule 2
Vague and you're a faggot trying to push your bad taste on other people.
>Rule 3
Necessary. You can open up a can of worms arguing about where to draw the line, but only absolute autists think this is unacceptable.
>Rule 4
Fine, and you're promoting another board that can be a great resource. People are too quick to whine about stealth recs in general conversation, but that's only your fault if you're dumb enough to listen to their reports.
>Rule 5
Fine as long as the punishments aren't harsh, which as far as I remember, they aren't (you spoiler it for them and ignore it unless it's persistent?).
>Rule 6
Your board has taken a meme opinion to the circlejerking extreme. The Global Rule is still in effect, preventing 3D loli, so this rule is unnecessary.
>Rule 7
Liar. If anyone started /jp/ posting you'd ban them immediately. Sure, you like Japanese bird threads and touhou images, but don't pretend you're willing to import the rest of /jp/ when you ban 3D. Do you really want me blogging all over your board?
Anyway this isn't a rule.
>Rule 8
Fine. We all know meta whiners are lame as shit. The cool kids left your board without a sound and continue to avoid posting on it. You should probably not tell people to come here if your policy is to ignore this place, though.
>Rule 9
/weebpol/ was fun but that fun is gone and dead. Maybe you want to avoid your board turning into a /leftypol/ v. /pol/ battleground, but why single out /pol/ shit when you can just ask that all threads be related to anime/manga/japan and remove duplicate/spammed threads?
>Rule 10
Names, avatars, and trips have their use. The only reason this rule exists is because your board is filled with idiots who can't self-moderate. Laus was a goldmine.
>Rule 11
*Posts should, in general, use correct capitalization and grammar, and not use emoticons. This isn't IM.
Fixed. Now ban yourself, retard. You also used an acronym even though you ban people for certain acronyms under this rule, lol.
>Rule 12
Meaningless. So meaningless it doesn't matter.
Nothing is worse than faggot outsiders who want a board to change for them. Don't change, I need 8ch to keep being a good bogeyman.
