That's why I hate the arbitrary part of moderation and I think some anons have already expressed disgust over the arbitrariness.

Whoa where do I find /am/ it's not on the top boards so it's almost like it doesn't exist.

I think you need to understand what a duplicate thread is. Having two general Naruto threads, is different from having a thread about Naruto subject A and another thread for Naruto subject B.

When did anons become this retarded? Must the most obvious common sense be stated in the rules because people are either too stupid to know how to behave on an image board or because they will take any chance they get to beat board volunteers over the head with it.

Hostility towards moderation needs to fuck off back to 4chan. If you don't like the moderation of a board, don't post on it. You can see if someone has already created an alternative with a different stance on moderation, or create your own board with your own rules. This isn't a difficult concept.
