People naturally work together, when they work together for a while, they want to further their work, this will inevitably result in conflict and will thus breed new factions.

If anarchists wanted to stop these factions, they'd have to form a faction of their own thus anarchism ends.

I disagree that the existence of psychosocial differences disqualifies anarchist praxis. On the contrary, a free society would necessarily exhibit a pluralist sociopolitical framework.

Also, the organization of interest without intervening auxiliaries of dominating biopolitics is exactly a popular proposition of anarchistic philosophies. If, and when, desire arises for new organic structures, members of an anarchist society would be at complete liberty for strategic re-development.
