How would an anarchist society deal with ebola?

In a previous outbreak, the government ran away. Patriarchal tribal authorities implemented old testament medicine: Quarantine, and anything contaminated got passed through the fire.
Sick people were put in huts. After they died or got well the hut was burned down. If they died, burned down with them in it.
Current outbreaks seems to be running because patriarchal tribal authority has declined, or else no longer takes the old testament seriously.
An egalitarian anarchic society would probably deal with ebola as modern Africa does - incompetently, with a mixture of hysteria, panic, and, equally idiotically, business as usual.
However an inegalitarian patriarchal anarchic society would probably deal with it as Judges Israel, itself a highly unequal, highly patriarchal, anarchic society, did.

They would send doctors, not soldiers, the medicine would have been developed because an anarchist society wouldn't be held back by money, they wouldn't force people into areas with disease ridden animals, giving them no choice but to eat them because they are poor. What do you think doctors without borders is OP?
