Do you have a local anarchist organization? If not, you should start one. Even a small militancy front will do.
Of course, if you are a worker or student, you should unionize.

Public social manifestations, protests, marches, etc. Also the HQs of the aforementioned organizations if there are any.
If that's your thing, you could vandalize some bourgeois property with anarchist propaganda.
>Who do i need to talk to?
Your peers. This means your coworkers and friends. Spread anarchist ideology and aspirations. We need to get the working class ready for revolution.
It won't hurt if you have a very politically involved acquaintance that can orient you through these processes and the situations of your specific locality.

Start a worker's coop. Learn to use a firearm. Prepare for revolution.

it accomplishes more than you think. and it's probably 9000million times more effective than setting peoples personal possessions on fire.

100. realize there's nothing particularly special about being an anarchist.

you don't get super powers or special abilities. in fact it's pretty much the opposite. whatever insights you might gain will only grant you the ability to become emotionally inflamed about things the rest of society just ignores.

2+3. do anarchy.

start an infoshop or a commune or a worker owned something or other or move back to the land or whatever. if you can get peole together to work on something and if you can figure out how to raise money to support a project then yeah go ahead and do something. do whatever you want. anything you do will make a difference.

The Order Of Nine Angles is a satanic fellowship and does not involve direct anarchism, though it is probably a good ideal to carry if you're ever going to actually commit to membership with o9a. A very out-there lifestyle for sure.
