Well, let's start this shit off running.

Ancaps, why do you believe anarcho-syndicalists/anarcho-communists are not anarchists?

Anarcho-syndicalists/ancoms, why do you believe anarcho-capitalists are not true capitalists?

 No.4

"Economies of scale" only happen past the workshop level thanks to state subsidies, privileges and protection. Capitalist-style centralized, autocratic firms simply could not compete without the state's help.

Ancap here. I dont think ancoms and syndicalists are not anarchists.

Ancom here. I think most self-described ancoms and syndicalists aren't anarchists- mostly the ones who scream the loudest that ancaps aren't anarchists.

And sadly many ancaps aren't anarchists either. They like anarcho-capitalism because it's niche, but still full of hard-edged anti-egalitarians. They'll move on to fascism or reaction when they decide their infographs are cooler looking.

redistribution of wealth would be against the core philosophy of anarchism don't get me wrong but letting people impose power and control over others using capital, which is basically whats happening now only with the combination of a state, is just as bad.

i think a hybrid system would be the only viable one, in which there would be a free market yes but instead of having "workers" a business would have partners instead, like the whole employee owned business thing recently popping up here and there.

their is no such thing as a perfect system. In order to make a plausible society with the highest amount of freedom you would have to use concepts like Murphy law to prevent concentrations of power

There's no such thing as a "capitalist-style". Anything goes on the free market as long as it's voluntary (which necessarily means private). Capitalism simply says that people (individuals or collectives) should own means of production and that government should not.
The beauty of it is that, if whatever type of organisation can't compete, they drop out of the race. We don't need to agree on what's more efficient - the market will decide.

What do I call myself if I'm an anti-egalitarian social conservative who doesn't believe in using force to support my views and wants rid of government?

"Market (P)Anarchist" here.
I don't think anarcho-synidicalists or communists aren't anarchists.
I respect that historically, their form of anarchism predates others.
I don't give a shit what they do so long as they don't give a shit what I do.
The idea of competing idealogical societies is very interesting, if the communists got it right, I'd just move away from my society to the communist one.
I think the existence communes would actually be a great way to hedge against potentially exploitative labor practices. Why would someone work at a shitty factory for shit wages when they can move to a commune and be taken care of (assuming it works out)?
Basically, I think the societies can coexist, if not complement and enhance one another.

isn't an organized anarchist an oxymoron?

It is a personal belief of mine that prioritizing sectarianism ensures that philosophical differentiation remains an expression of dominance, rather than one of equality and synergy.
