I was wondering if anybody knew any good fiction featuring anarchocaptialism.

Also, has anybody thought of ways to represent anarchocapitalism at a structural level of a work? I'm thinking more about video games and comics, but film and literature (and music even) are valid too.

Snow Crash takes place in something almost like ancapitalism. It's more like a series of Heathian landlord-states but it gets the idea of private governance across without being too cynical about the idea, but only because it's somewhat of a cyberpunk parody.

But what I'd like to see is a crime procedural in Ancapistan. All those shifting and overlapping jurisdictions and varying legal systems to deal with. Would be a cool way to explore the nitty gritty mechanisms behind polycentric law instead of speaking in broad strokes like always.

If you like a short story, The Ungoverned is a good one:

For comics, L. Neil Smith makes good ones. The Probability Broach is kinda preachy, but very fun to read. Escape from Terra is cool too:

I think scifi touches upon the subject a lot. The Moon is a Harsh Mistress comes to mind, in an abstract sense. But the cyberpunk/near-future scifi genre is even closer. I don't have a list on hand but look around for cyberpunk or singularity-related scifi. The subjects get so wild a sort of anarchy takes over the setting, sometimes stable, sometimes not.

These are beautiful. I just spent about half a day working all the way through Escape from Terra. I'm going to share that with my friends. Thank you so much for sharing.

The Moon is a Harsh Mistress

One of New Vegas' endings was ancap, you could even choose a Rothbardian universal "natural law" or David Friedman utilitarian market law approach depending on if you activate the securitrons or not.
