I've never heard of the place. Looking it up, Liechtenstein appears over in Europe, squeezed in-between Switzerland and Austria. It happens to be one of the top richest places in the world. It's also a monarchy.
Personally, I share the idea that constitutional nations are sub-par in comparison to monarchical societies. At least, violations of personal and civil liberties are acknowledged as repressive behavior, whereas constitutional violations are legitimatised by back-door phraseology and further empowered by "specialist" readings of legalese.
