Her earlier claim against MMD was dismissed without prejudice, as it should be. I can't wait to see the claim against Stef to get laughed out of court even harder.

TS was suing the fucking FDR forum users for making comments she didn't like. I hope that FDR countersues, or she gets labeled a vexatious litigant.

Dismissed without prejudice just means the court didn't have jurisdiction because MMD never provable went to California. She can re-file in New York where he lives if she wants to, no questions asked.

Her case against Molyneux is very unlikely to have the same happen because Molyneux has been to California to promote his broadcast multiple times..

The claim is that doxing (of guests) and harassment had occurred, hard to either prove or disprove without linking to (possibly) doxing/harassing material…

Not as clear cut as I would like, perhaps a misstep on Molyneux's part… Nobody's perfect I suppose, and I can still attest to Molyneux's work in regards to improving my thinking, knowledge, and life in general…

(BTW I am not the OP despite the same flag icon, which leads me to wonder why an an-cap board - which I would think would reject symbols of serious NAP violators - instead forces these symbols on it's posters..)
