Is mesh networking a viable, non-statist solution to this net neutrality issue? I don't know much about it which is why I'm asking. Pic unrelated.

Seems like a good way to go, based on my limited knowledge. It seems like the only way we're going to get to keep our internet access unrestricted is to have our own physical infrastructure that the feds can't control. The trick will be making the hardware cheap enough and user-friendly enough to distribute widely.

>>62There's an app called FireChat being used in Iraq and in Hong Kong that prompted me to ask about mesh networks. It seems to have some issues but I'm hoping the technology advances in viability because, as an ancap, I'm kinda into the idea of decentralized networks that can be joined and left at the user's discretion.
