I think the dialogue is the weakest part at the moment. Shows like Family Guy prove that you can get away with lazy animation if you get the writing right.
On the animation side, there's a little something I noticed. The one-armed guy near the entrance at 00:23 keeps "blinking" very fast and it's distracting, I think it would have worked better if he wasn't blinking at all. Maybe he could have shifted his eyes from left to right once, but that's it.
