Right off the bat the text got fucked up.

All the art related boards on 8ch are suffering from lack of traffic.

I'm not sure what can be done about it. Art people tend to be attention whores, so promoting an anonymous art board in our deviantart/tumblr/etc probably isn't going to help.

I think that having stickies for monthly or bi-weekly animation assignments would increase activity.

i think this board is absolutely necessary but is still our responsibility to make it better. animation is a broad artform/industry/hobbie with many topics to discuss. i try to be active but i dont want to spam the board with different threads and being one of the only two mexicans i kind of feel like a tripfag when posting. i dont have a problem with having flags tho.

Personally I hate flags, there's no reason to have them whatsoever. It's like an extension to tripfagging, except it's forced down your throat even if you don't care, because it's enabled by default every time you post.
