I have just realized my scratching thing is exactly like someone I support... He scratches so much and with such vigour that you think he is hurting himself... but its to release serotonin... Which Is weirdly why when I "meltdoewn" I wreck my foot. My left foot hasnt been 100% healed for like... 2 years now... There was a brief motnh where I stopped/tried to cold turkey my scratching.
But it feels good.... I also combo the scratched foot to scalding the sensitive part under the hot tap <. <
