This is a board dedicated to the opposition of identity politics, be they left-wing (neo-feminism, socjus) or right-wing (nationalism, ethnocentrism). Aside from that, there is no official political stance for the board as a whole, other than what could be considered a broad sort of unapologetic social egalitarianism.

Neither. It's common ground that exists specifically for people who are fucking fed up with identity politics infesting and co-opting every aspect of society. A conservative who is sick of politically correct agenda pushing has as much a right to be here as a progressive who wants their movement back from crazed carebears.
YOU ARE OPPOSED TO IDENTITY?
Yes, but no. What we're opposed to is people identifying with an inherent aspect of their personal self (race, gender, sexuality) and then using that as a basis for their political beliefs. Speaking personally, I think these are merely aspects of what people are, not who they are. It makes more sense to seek identity from who you are by what defines your character. So instead of identifying with aspects that make up your actual being (ie identifying as "white" or "female") it makes more sense to identify with what aspects make up your personality (ie identifying as "contrarian" or "gamer")

Original feminism sought out to make it possible for women to apply for jobs without being judged for potential future pregnancies and children at home – understandable.
Women are now hired often to meet a generally healthy male to female ratio within a company so said company can avoid being called a sexist and biased company and lose its consumers. So, rather than not being hired due to gender, women are being hired due to their gender instead of people being hired due to their work ethic and what they have to offer.
Is this a board that sort of runs along the same lines as this viewpoint?
