It's funny, because my experience was just the opposite. I was moving my hand out of fear of seeing what was underneath it. Stopping and just drawing the lines I needed make my work substantially better (or neater, at the very least.)

And, OP, don't trust people's numbers too much. People "totally studied for TEN HOURS!" by reading for 15 minutes between facebook and hulu sessions. As long as you're pushing yourself and creating on purpose, you're fine. If you absolutely want to pad out your stats, tack on some quick/simple exercises like quickie hand drawings or gestures or what have you.

Becoming an artist is a lot like becoming a cross country runner. If you only run on the occasion and stay in your comfort zone you will never make any progress. If you run more often and challenge yourself you will slowly be able to run faster and longer. The same is with art, when you build up your skills you will be able to work longer ad depict ideas faster.

Just keep drawing and try to make it meaningful as you can. Remember that you're prone to practice more if it's fun.

I have ADHD so I'm going to get on a drug to help me concentrate. I know Vyvanse or Ritalin can make you hyper-focus on shit. It's not discipline, it's chemicals in y0 brain.

Rule #1 - don't overdrive your headlights

work only at peak intensity then shift gears and do something else - eat sleep or walk around or tumblr

then when your peak recharges - do it again

Noopept + Choline Bitartrate seems to be a good place to start - do A LOT of reading first - no need to fry out

I just found site called HabitRPG - it's an organization tool.

You put there your todo lists and whenever you finish a "quest" from those lists you get some gold and exp. Failing to finish your daily quest will result in getting hurt.

You can also compete with other people by doing the same schedule (challenge/boss) which is motivating. Moreover, if you fail to finish your daily quest, other people in your party will get hurt, so they'll try to motivate you in fear of loosing HP.
